THE GARDENER

Sven Wombwell - an expert on all things landscape.  Sven learned his craft in garden design at Capel Manor College of Horticultural and Countryside Studies. In between private design commissions, Sven was co-presenter and landscape designer for Five’s flagship show House Doctor Inside and Out with audiences in excess of 5 million. He also fronted over 100 hours of programming on UKTV Gardens making him one of UKTV’s main gardening faces. Prior to this, he starred in BBC1’s hugely popular ‘Garden Invaders’ series presenting with Charlie Dimmock.

 

Sven was also the resident garden expert on ITV’s This Morning programme alongside Diarmuid Gavin and appeared regularly on ITV’s Alan Titchmarsh show.

In 2010 Sven published his second book ‘The Dummies guide to Allotment Gardening’ a complete guide to fruit and veg growing. He has also contributed to a variety of magazines including Elle, TV Times, Your Home & Garden, and Your Garden Weekly as well as writing his own column for the UKTV website.

 

Since 2013 Sven has been the UK distribution agent for luxury garden furniture brand Roshults introducing the range to the UK market.  We work alongside major retail stores and some of the countries highest profile garden/interior designers and architectural agencies supplying furniture solutions to high end projects.
